Collection, processing and use of personal data

When you visit this website, we do not collect your personal data. We collect personal data only if you provide us with this information by personal contact (e.g. by e-mail). These data are used exclusively to answer your enquiry.

Use of own cookies

When calling up certain pages, so-called cookies are set. A cookie is a small file, which is stored on your computer or mobile equipment. On our website no personal data are gathered by means of the cookies set, and they are therefore evaluated anonymously.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, Mountain View (CA) USA («Google»). The cookies used by Google Analytics are saved on your computer or mobile equipment and enable an analysis of use of our website.

The information created by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system in us, website, from which the visit is made (referrer-URL), IP address of the accessing computer and time of the server enquiry are transferred to a server of Google (in particular in the USA) and there stored. We point out that in this way Google Analytics has been extended by IP anonymisation, in order to ensure an anonymised capture of IP-addresses (IP Masking). By activating the IP anonymisation on this website, within the member states of the European Union or in other treaty states of the treaty with the European Economic Space your IP address is previously abbreviated by Google. Identification of your equipment is therefore not possible. Only in exceptional cases is the complete address transferred to a Google server in the USA and there abbreviated. The IP address transmitted from your browser in connection with Google is not mixed with other google data of Google.

On our instructions Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our website, in order to compile reports about the website activities and, as website provider, to provide us with further services related to use of the website and internet. Recipient of the data gathered is Google.

You can prevent the storage of the Google cookies using the relevant setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use to the full all the functions of this website.

You can also prevent the capture of the data created by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser-plug-in. These so-called opt-out cookies prevent the future capturing of your data by Google Analytics when you visit our website.

Google Maps

In order to be able better to display the location of our office, Google Maps of Google LLC., Mountain View (CA), USA («Google») is integrated into our website.

Already on calling up sub-sites, into which a Google Maps map is integrated, is information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) transferred to a Google server in the USA and there stored. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account, through which you are logged in, or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data are directly allocated to your account. If you do not wish the allocation with your profile by Google, you must log out of your Google user account. Google stores your data (even for non-logged-in users) as user profile and evaluates them for advertising purposes, market research and/or needs based design of its website. You have right to contest the creation of such user profiles, whereby, to exercise this right, you must contact Google.

If you are not in agreement with the future transmittal of your dates to Google when using Google Maps, you also have the possibility of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by switching off the application of JavaScript in your browser. Google Maps and, therefore, also the map display on our website can then not be used.
